ABSOLUT Blank

Now that's what I call a party! Last night at the Romanian Academy, a bunch of socialites, designers, celebs, artists, advertisers and people from all walks of (the social) life gathered to celebrate in style the new ABSOLUT Blank Vodka. Good music, great food and rivers of vodka were flowing all around in a very posh atmosphere. Although the building was a bit creepy since it hasn't been finished for 20 something years, it offered the perfect set for a creativity and inspiration party.

Shoe the hell out of IT!

ShoeIT has already passed a few editions since it started. It's basically a fair where handmade designers and artisans expose their beautiful merchandise and wait for buyers or window shoppers. It's  the place where you can find concept shoes and bags that are unique and have an artsy feel to them. I absolutely adored the peacock feathered hippie shoes and the Rock On! clutch. It's all about imagination...

Not to mention the glittering flats! Oxford with a disco twist.

STEFANEL Concept Store Bucharest

STEFANEL put together a great cocktail party last week to celebrate the opening of their new Concept Store. Local celebrities and socialites stood together to welcome a new shopping hot spot in the mundane landscape of Bucharest.

Established in an amazing building in Romana Square, the store offers an important landmark for the Romanian fashionistas. I'll leave you with a bunch of photos I took before the great cocktails started to get to me. ;)

From the noisy city to deserted beaches, from the mountains to the sea... Places, people and only the road ahead.

My Greek escape - part 1

The hot summer weather practically banished me from the city! I chose to spend one marvelous week in Thessaloniki, Greece. I do love the tranquility of a deserted beach, but I cannot live without the night life, happy people and a killer hotel. That being said, a nice port-city like Thessaloniki was the perfect combination to satisfy all my vacation needs...

First, the Hotel! I chose the Met Hotel because of it's location, great price and it's fashion allure. It is a design hotel that has a great unity to it and keeps you on your toes when it comes to little unexpected (but pleasant) surprises.
